Mindfulness Experiential Group
This group is ideal for continuing to enhance your mindfulness practice, to better apply skills in the day-to-day, to help manage stress during the upcoming holiday season, and improve overall wellbeing.
You can expect to:
• learn more about mindfulness,
• cultivate a mindfulness practice,
• practice in community with others,
• have a designated time to practice each week,
• increase self compassion,
• be more present in your daily life, and
• gain more help with using DBT skills learned in group.
This group will meet via Zoom weekly on Thursdays from 12:00-1:00pm. You may join at any time. The cost is $35/session and there is a six week minimum commitment to join the group. Once you register here, you will receive an email with further instructions.
